摘要
目的:研究宫腔镜在诊断绝经后妇女子宫内膜病变中的应用效果。方法:回顾近几年所收录的有过在子宫内膜病变的案例,随机选择70例患者进行取样分析,对患者均采取宫腔镜检查病变情况,另外在病变处采集多处样本,由多位医师讨论研究,结合病理组织检查作出诊断,以判断宫腔镜手术检查的准确性。结果:宫腔镜检查诊断数据表明病变案例中子宫内膜炎占15例;子宫内膜癌占4例;病变为子宫内膜下肌瘤为23例;子宫内膜息肉为15例;子宫内膜增生为13例。与此同时,在众位学者在采取样本运用病理组织逐步对照检验,分析记录下的子宫内膜病变的结果,子宫内膜炎为15例;子宫内膜癌占4例;子宫内膜下肌瘤占23例;子宫内膜息肉为14例;子宫内膜增生为11例;子宫内膜正常为3例。对两种判别方法结果进行比较,其符合率高达95.71%,差异具有统计学意义。结论:宫腔镜技术对于诊断减少漏诊案例,避免患者反复求诊提供方便,其准确程度极高,拥有良好的临床意义。
Objective: Study the hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions in postmenopausal women,the application of results.Methods:To review which included in the recent years have been in the cases of endometrial lesions,random sampling analysis of 70 patients of patients were taken hysteroscopy examination pathological changes,in the Pathological changes collecting several samples,by several doctors discuss research,combined with histopathologic examination diagnosis,to determine the accuracy of the inspection hysteroscopy surgery.Results:Hysteroscopy examination in the diagnosis of data show that lesion cases endometritis of 15 cases;Endometrial carcinoma accounted for 4 cases;Pathological changes of endometrial fibroids for 23 cases;Endometrial polyps in 15 cases;In 13 cases of endometrial hyperplasia.At the same time,among the scholars by taking sample using the pathological tissue contrast test,step by step analysis to record the results of the endometrial lesions,endometritis for 15 cases;Endometrial carcinoma accounted for 4 cases;Endometrial hysteromyoma of 23 cases;Endometrial polyps in 14 cases;Endometrial hyperplasia in 11 cases;Normal for 3 cases of endometrium.Compared with the result of two methods of judging,the coincidence rate up to 95.71%,the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion:Hysteroscopy technology for diagnosis to reduce missed diagnosis case,avoid repeated the clinic patients to provide convenient,its high accuracy,good clinical significance.
