摘要
广州东塔A区裙楼连廊东、西两端为巨型门式钢框架结构,施工时采用自行设计的带斜撑双层桁架支撑系统。根据结构特点和安装顺序,利用有限元软件MIDAS对安装过程支撑系统受力和变形进行了分析计算,计算结果表明,带斜撑双层桁架支撑系统满足巨型钢框架施工要求。采用全站仪对桁架支撑系统卸载前后进行了监测,发现卸载前后支撑系统变形实测值与模拟值基本吻合。
The two ends of joint gallery among A-podiums of Guangzhou East Tower are mega portal steel frame structure. During construction of the mega portal steel frames, the self-designed support system is used which is composed of double-layer trusses and diagonal brace. According to the characteristics and installation sequence of the structure, stress and deformation of the support system in installation process are analyzed and calculated by the finite element software MIDAS. The calculated results show that the support system with double-layer trusses and diagonal brace can meet the requirements in construction of mega portal steel frame. Deformation of the support system before and after unloading is monitored by total station, by which the authors find that the measured deformation values are consistent with simulation values.
