摘要
中国石油吉林石化公司乙烯厂除盐装置除盐制水系列运行温度为30~40℃,使用低低压蒸汽对低硅水进行二次加热处理,长期以来产生的凝结水因压力过低无法顺利回收至凝结水箱,只能排入地沟后进入污水系统,造成能源浪费,增加了污水处理系统的负担,造成浪费,不利于环保.作者根据水力喷射器抽真空增压的工作原理,利用压力较高的凝液作为动力源,使压力较低的凝结水全部回收.
The temperature of demineralized water in desalting device of Ethylene Factory is 30~40 ℃,this system uses low-low pressure steam to heat low silicon water,but the condensation water can not be gotten into the condensate tank for a long time because it has lower pressure.It can only be discharged into trench and then gotten into the sewage system,which results in huge waste,increase burden to sewage treatment system,and damage to environmental protection.The high pressure condensate is used as power source according to the principle of hydraulic ejector to recycle the condensation water.
