金刚石绳锯机切削海底管道切削效率试验 被引量:6

摘要 针对绳锯机维修海底油气管道修复效率的问题,采用单一因素试验法进行了绳锯机切削海底管道过程中切削参数对切削效率影响的试验研究。搭建了金刚石绳锯机切削海底管道试验样机,分析了切削线速度、进给速度、切削压力对切削效率的影响,测量了串珠绳张紧力和压力的关系曲线。结果表明:切削线速度、进给速度、切削压力对绳锯机切削海底管道的切削效率有显著的影响,切削线速度和进给速度存在最佳值使得绳锯机的切削效率最高。本研究结果为金刚石绳锯机切削海底管道提供合理可靠的技术参数。 With respect to repair efficiency of oil and gas pipelines by wire saw,experiments were carried out to study the effect of cutting parameters,including wire speed,feed rate and cutting pressure on cutting efficiency by using the one-factor method. Meanwhile,the prototype of the diamond wire saw for testing seabed oil pipe cutting was set up. The relationship curve between tension and pressure of string bead wire was given. The results showed that the influence of cutting parameters including wire speed,feed rate and cutting pressure on the cutting efficiency was significant and the wire speed and feed rate have an optimal value to make the cutting efficiency of the wire saw the highest. The experimental results provide rational and reliable technique parameters for diamond wire saw in seabed oil pipe cutting.
