摘要
旨在通过统计高校图书馆门禁数据和读者借阅数据,站在读者使用的角度,挖掘用户的隐性服务需求。根据动态数据呈现出来的规律,发现用户对资源的使用习惯与用户所处的时间段、所处的年级、以及用户的专业和阅读习惯有着密切关系。最后,根据总结的规律,文章给出了图书馆服务模式的三种创新方案。
This paper aims to explore the users' need for service from the readers' perspective by analyzing the entrance data and statistics of readers' borrowing books. The dynamic data shows that the users' habits of utilizing the library are closely related to time of the day,their grades,as well as their reading habits. Finally,the innovation scheme of three kinds of library service patterns is proposed based on the above findings.
