摘要
目的研究鼠曲草的化学成分。方法鼠曲草的乙醇提取物依次经石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取,再经硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过波谱技术及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果从鼠曲草中分离得到8个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1),芦丁(2),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),异泽兰黄素(4),5-羟基-6,7,3',4'-四甲氧基黄酮(5),槲皮素(6),木犀草素(7)和芹菜素(8)。结论其中化合物5为首次从鼠曲草属植物中分离得到,化合物8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents of Gnaphlium affine.METHODS 95% ethanolic extract of G.affine was extracted with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate in turn and then was separated extensively by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography.Their structures were elucidated by means of spectral data analysis.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol( 1),rutin( 2),quercetin-3-O-β-D glucopyranoside( 3),eupatilin( 4),5-hydroxy-6,7,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavone( 5),quercetin( 6),luteolin( 7)and apigenin( 8).CONCLUSION Compound 5 is isolated from the genus for the first time.Compound 8 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
