摘要
基于模糊数学理论,建立一种针对湿式摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的模糊综合评价方法,包括动摩擦因数、动摩擦因数稳定性、磨损率以及总体摩擦磨损性能等指标。采用摩擦性能测试机对4种湿式摩擦材料进行摩擦磨损性能试验,通过扫描电子显微镜等获得样品的相关实验数据;采用提出的模糊综合评价方法对湿式摩擦材料的性能进行评价。综合评价的结果与实际测试结果是一致的,验证了该评价方法的正确性。
A new comprehensive evaluation system of tribology for wet friction materials was established based on Fuzzy Mathematics, which includes many indexes such as dynamic friction coefficient, friction stability, wear rate and total friction performance.The friction performances of four kinds of wet friction materials were investigated on the friction test machine, and the experimental data were obtained through scanning electron microscope and other equipment.The friction perform- ances of the carbon fabric reinforced resin-based friction materials were evaluated by the comprehensive evaluation system of tribology.The evaluation result by the comprehensive evaluation system of tribology is consistent with the test result, which proves the feasibility of this comprehensive evaluation system of tribology.
