摘要
果胶酶是一类分解果胶质的多种复合酶类的总称,是重要的工业酶制剂之一。研究以蚕沙为发酵原料,利用前期试验筛选所得总状毛霉D7作为菌种,研究了在液体发酵体系中添加氧载体对生产果胶酶的影响。试验结果显示发酵初始添加4%油酸,酶活性可达7.264 U/mL,比初始发酵酶活3.386 U/m L提高1.15倍。试验结果表明添加合适的氧载体可以有效的增加果胶酶的发酵产量。
Pectinase is a class of enzymes that break down pectin general,it is one of important industrial enzymes.The experiment researched the effects of oxygen-vectors on pectinase production bysilkworm faeces fermentation with Mucor racemosus D7,and the results were as followings:at the beginning of fermentation adding 4% oleic acid,enzyme activity was 7.264 U/mL,which was 115% higher than that under the initial fermentation conditions,3.386 U/mL.The experimental results showed that adding suitable oxygen vectors effectively increase the yield of pectinase.
