摘要
目的:考察注射用头孢唑肟钠与奥硝唑注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:将注射用头孢唑肟钠与奥硝唑注射液按照不同比例进行配伍,采用高效液相色谱法,测定配伍液中两种成分在室温下的含量变化,并观察和检测配伍液外观及p H变化;结果:头孢唑肟钠与奥硝唑按不同比例配伍后,配伍液可发生沉淀或变色反应。结论:注射用头孢唑肟钠与奥硝唑注射液存在配伍反应,在临床治疗中应避免配伍,在联合使用时应使用生理盐水冲管,并给予足够的间隔时间,以确保用药安全。
ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the compatible stability of Ceflizoxime sodium for injection with Ornidazole injection. METHODS： The Ornidazole injection was mixed with Ceftizoxime sodium for injection in different concentration ratios. The contents of the mixture at room temperature were determined by HPLC and the appearance of the mixture was observed and pH value of the mixture was detected. RESULTS： After mixing of Ornidazole injection with Ceftizoxime sodium for injection in different concentration ratios, sediment and discoloration were noted in the mixture. CONCLUSIONS： Ornidazole injection is incompatible with Ceftizoxime sodium for injection; therefore, the two injections should not be used in combination. If used in combination, the infusion tube should be irrigated using normal saline and the two drugs should be administered with enough time span to ensure medication safety.
