摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高住院药房药学服务品质中的作用。方法:在广西壮族自治区龙潭医院(以下简称"我院")住院药房实施品管圈活动,评价该活动的效果。结果:通过品管圈活动,住院药房医嘱调配差错例数下降了12.58例/周(53.76%),活动取得了较为满意的效果。结论:推行品管圈活动可降低住院药房医嘱调配差错发生率,确保临床用药安全性与有效性,提高住院药房药学服务质量。
OBJECTIVE : To investigate the role of quality control circle (QCC) activity for improving the quality of pharmaceutical care and lessening dispensing errors in the inpatient pharmacy, and improving the satisfaction of both medical staff and patients toward hospital pharmacy. METHODS: The QCC activities were implemented in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Longtan Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital" ) and the effectivenss of the activities were evaluated. RESULTS: The QCC activities resulted in reduciton of dispensing errors in the inpatient pharmacy by 53.76% (12. 58 cases), and the effectiveness of the activity was satisfactory. CONCLUSIONS: Qcc activity can help reduce the dispensing errors in the inpatient pharmacy, ensure clinical safety and effectiveness of medication and improve the quality of pharmaceutical care in hospital pharmacy.
