摘要
为改善国产白肋烟烟碱含量过高、氮碱比失调、烟气强度大、呛刺感较强、烟味单薄、吸味欠舒适的缺陷 ,在一定的工艺参数条件下 ,根据国产白肋烟的化学组成特点 ,选取糖类、含氮化合物以不同的用量加入 4种国产白肋烟中 ,经 14 0℃烘焙处理后卷制成烟支进行评吸。评吸结果表明 :添加适量的糖和含氮化合物对改善白肋烟吸味有明显效果。
The object of this study was to improve the smoking quality of domestic burley tobacco by casing. Four types of domestic burley tobacco were treated with selected sugars and nitrogenous compounds in different proportions, respectively, then roasted in an oven at 140℃. The sample cigarettes made of tested tobaccos were evaluated by panelists. The results showed that smoking quality of the domestic burley tobacco was significantly improved by applying proper amounts of sugars and nitrogenous compounds.
