摘要
变电站智能巡检机器人在变电站室外环境运行时,机器人内部温度受环境温度影响很大,严重制约了机器人的可靠运行。针对该问题,设计基于热电制冷器(TEC)的机器人恒温器,并设计了自动恒温控制系统,使机器人内部的温度能够始终保持在一个合理的范围内,从而提高了变电站智能巡检机器人的环境适应能力,整体上提高了机器人的可靠性和稳定性。
When the inspection robot works outside the substation,the internal temperature of the robot will increase or reduce along with the ambient temperature and may become ill-suited for instruments inside.According to this problem,we design an automatic thermostat based on the thermoelectric cooler,and design the automatic thermostatic control system.Experiments show that this system can keep the internal temperature in a proper range,and therefore improve the adaptability of the robot to the environment.Consequently,the reliability and stability of the inspection robot are greatly improved.
