摘要 目的探讨PIM-1、nm23-H1、Erb B-3三种因子在前列腺癌组织中表达意义。方法采用RT-PCR法检测PIM-1和免疫组织化学法检测nm23-H1、Erb B-3的表达含量,进一步做统计学分析。结果在60例前列腺癌组织标本中,PIM-1、Erb B-3、nm23-H1的相对表达量低分化组、中分化组与高分化组相比较有统计学意义P<0.05;nm23-H1与肿瘤的分化程度为正相关,但与临床分期是负相关态势。结论 PIM-1和Erb B-3的表达和前列腺癌的发生发展呈正相关,而抑癌基因nm23-H1为负相关;希望通过进一步的科学设计实验,在前列腺癌的前期预测和鉴别诊断方面提供可靠的理论依据。 Objective To investigate the expression of PIM-1, nm23-H1 and ErbB-3 in prostate cancer tissue. Methods The expression of PIM-1 was detected by RT-PCR and the expression of nm23-H1 and ErbB-3 were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results In the 60 cases of prostate cancer tissue samples, the expression of PIM-1, nm23-H1 and ErbB-3 were significantly different among poorly differentiated group, moderately differentiated group and high differentiated group. There is a positive correlation between nm23-H1 and differentiated degree of tumor and a negative correlation between nm23-H1 and clinical stages. Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the expression of PIM-1 and ErbB-3 and the development of prostate cancer and a negative correlation between nm23-H1 and the development of prostate cancer.
