摘要 目的临床腰痛患者行磁共振检查意义及临床应用。方法随机收集我院2014-01~2014-07间在我科行腰椎磁共振检查患者119例,依据诊断结果进行分类,统计分析腰椎磁共振检查在腰痛患者中意义及临床应用。结果 119例患者中,其中腰间盘突出82例,腰椎新发骨折11例,腰椎终板炎8例,转移瘤4例,结核1例,布氏杆菌病1例,椎管肿瘤2例。结论腰椎磁共振检查是腰痛患者适宜检查方式。 Objective To explore the MIR significance and clinical application in patients with osphyalgia. Methods Randomly collecting 119 patients who had MRI examination in the hospital from Jan. 2014 to Jul. 2014,classifying them based on diagnosis results,statistically analyzing lumbar MRI significance and clinical application in patients with osphyalgia. Results Among 119 patients,82 cases had lumbar discherniation,11 cases had lumbar new fractures,8 cases had lumbar endplate inflammation,4 cases had metastatic tumors,1 case had tuberculosis,1 case had tuberculosis disease brucellosis,and 2 cases had intraspinal tumor. Conclusion Lumbar magnetic resonance examination is suitable for inspection methods in patients with osphyalgia.
