摘要
目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法将117例湿疹患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服布拉氏酵母菌;给予对照组常规治疗,观察两组临床疗效和复发率。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%,与对照组(63.2%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组3个月后复发率为28.3%,对照组复发率为68.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论布拉氏酵母菌佐治婴儿湿疹疗效显著,并可预防湿疹复发。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods 115 cases of infantile eczema were randomly assigned to treatment and control groups. Patients in the treatment group received Saccharomyces Boulardii in addition to the conventional therapy,and patients in the control group received the conventional therapy. The efficacy and side- effects were observed. Results Total effective rate in the treatment group was 91. 7%,and that in the control group was 63. 2%. The differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 01）. Recurrence rate of treatment group after 3 months was 28. 3 %,and recurrence rate was 68. 4%. The differences are statistically significant（ P 0. 01）. There weren＇ t side effects in the treatment group. Conclusion Saccharomyces Boulardii treatment on infant eczema is significant and can prevent the relapse of eczema.
