摘要
旅游宣传口号翻译,既是旅游翻译,又是广告翻译。生态翻译学是一种"翻译即生态平衡"的翻译观,而翻译的策略与技巧,其实质是翻译的"平衡术"。从生态翻译学视角对"清新福建"宣传口号进行试译及分析发现,英译旅游宣传口号应综合考量文本、作者、译者、读者等诸多因素,突出文本生态、翻译生态和翻译群落生态的平衡。这是对旅游宣传口号译品评价的全新阐释,也是指导其英译实践的有效策略。
Tourism slogan translation is not only the translation of tourism,but also the translation of advertising.Eco-Translatology takes translation as eco-balance and translation strategy and skill as “skill of balance”.On the basis of the translation practice and analysis of “Fresh Fujian”from the perspective of eco-translatology,it can be found that the translation of Chinese tourism slogan should focus on the balance among the textual ecology,the translational ecology and the translation community ecology,taking the factors such as text,author,translator and reader into the overall consideration and that the principle of ecological equilibrium interprets the translation quality assessment in a new way and offers an effective translation strategy for tourism slogan translation practice.
