摘要
将分别加有不同用量的三烯丙基氰脲酸酯(TAC)和N,N′-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)的乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)制成母胶,然后与聚丙烯(PP)进行动态硫化。对比了不同用量的HVA-2和TAC对纯POE的硫化时间和最大扭矩与最小扭矩差值的影响。分析了加入HVA-2和TAC后,POE/PP扭矩随时间的变化,同时研究了HVA-2和TAC用量对POE/PP的性能的影响。结果表明:对于动态硫化的POE/PP,相对TAC而言,加入HVA-2有着更大的撕裂强度和扯断伸长率,在用量超过1份后,拉伸强度更大,同时分散相粒径更小、分散得更加均匀。
We prepared different content of TAC(Triallyl cyanurate) and HVA-2 (N, N'-m-phen- ylene dismaleimide) with BIPB(bis(tert-butyl dioxy isopropyl)benezene)of active peroxide content of 40% POE(ethylene-octene copolymers) and made it into master batch,respectively,then dynamically vulcanized with PP (Polypropylene). The effects of different content of HVA-2 and TAG on cure time and the value of maximum torque minus minimum torque of pure POE(without) were compared. The changes of torque along with time of POE/PP after added TAC and HVA-2 were analysed,meanwhile the effects of different HVA-2 and TAC on properties of POE/PP and morphology characteristics of tensile fracture surface were researched. The result showed that. Added HVA-2 has stronger tear strength and and bigger elongation at break to dynamically vulcanized blends of polypropylene/ethyl- ene-octene copolymer comparing with added TAC. Meanwhile added HVA-2 has stronger tensile strength when its content passes lphr and its dispersion phase is smaller and disperse more uniformly to dynamically vulcanized blends of polypropylene/ethylene-octene copolymer comparing with added TAC.
