乳腺纤维腺瘤剪切波弹性成像面积比分析

摘要 目的通过对乳腺纤维腺瘤剪切波弹性成像面积比的分析,探讨剪切波弹性成像面积比诊断良性病灶(纤维腺瘤)的有效性及影响因素。方法回顾分析106例共128个病灶均经病理证实为乳腺纤维腺瘤的剪切波弹性成像面积比,与病灶内及周围组织病理改变进行对照分析,即根据病灶内病理改变引起常规超声表现不同分成典型组和非典型组,比较2组间弹性成像面积比的差异。结果乳腺纤维腺瘤弹性成像面积比为(1.0179±0.0903),典型组与非典型组间弹性成像面积比对乳腺纤维腺瘤诊断的差异无统计学意义[(1.0164±0.0886)VS(1.0231±0.0973)]。结论病灶内病理变化对剪切波弹性成像面积比诊断结果无显著影响,而病灶周围组织病理变化引起周围组织硬度发生改变时可能会造成弹性成像面积比的误判。 Objective By analyzing area ratio in breast fibroadenoma , and to explore the effectiveness and influential factors of diagnosis in Shear wave elastography(SWE). Methods 106 patients with 128 lesions were examined by SWE. According to the pathological changes in lesions ,they Performance different in the conventional ultrasound ,the patients divided into two groups (typical group and atypical group), comparing the difference between the two groups in SWE area ratio .Results The area ratio of breast fibroadenoma was (1.0179±0.0903), there no significant difference in the SWE area ratio of the two groups:(1.0164±0.0886) vs (1.0231±0.0973). Conclusion The the pathological changes in lesions did not affect the diagnostic results of SWE area ratio , but the pathological changes in tissue around the lesion may lead to misdiagnosis.
