摘要
火炮身管设计压力曲线给出火炮发射过程中身管各截面承受的最大压力,是设计身管壁厚的依据。高低温压力法只考虑了装药温度变化对膛压的影响,从系统的角度考虑,装药质量、药室增长量、弹丸质量变化也会对膛压造成影响。通过对某型火炮内弹道模型进行数值仿真,分析上述因素变化对膛压和身管设计压力曲线的影响,并给出了各因素综合作用下的身管设计压力曲线。研究表明,装药质量、装药温度和药室增长量变化均对膛压有较大影响;装药质量和装药温度直接影响身管设计压力曲线的组成。
Gun tube design pressure curve describing the maximum pressure forced on every gun tube section is the base data to design tube wall thickness. The high-low temperature pressure method which were used frequently in gun tube design only consider the effect of powder temperature and ignore the effect of powder mass, chamber enlargement and shell mass. Through certain gun interior ballistic trajectory model numerical simulation, the four factors' s effect on bore pressure and tube design pressure curve were studied and the gun tube design pressure curve considering the four factor's effect were provided. The research indicates the factors except shell mass all have remarkable effect on bore pressure, powder mass and powder temperature directly affect the form of tube design pressure curve.
