摘要
应用专业分析计算软件建立摩托车轮毂有限元模型,进行轮毂结构静强度分析、优化设计前后对比分析,提出了轮毂结构优化设计方案。分析结果显示,优化设计后的前、后轮轮毂具有较好的强度和刚度,在三种载荷作用下受力情况均优于优化设计前的轮毂。通过完成轮毂这一摩托车关键部件的结构优化设计,可为摩托车的整体创新设计打下一个坚实的基础,大大加快摩托车设计制造的过程。
The research and application of finite element analysis software to establish the motorcycle wheels finite element model, the structural static strength analysis, improvement of before and after comparison and stress test, puts forward the wheels structure optimization and design scheme. Analysis results show that, the improved wheel has good strength and stiffness, in the case of three force loads are better than the wheel of before structural optimization and design. By completing the wheels structural optimization design of this motorcycle key components, can lay a solid foundation for the overall motorcycle innovative design, greatly accelerate the process of design and manufacture of motorcycles.
