摘要
目的研究蒙古苍耳Xanthium mongolicum全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等方法分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从蒙古苍耳全草甲醇提取物中分离得到17个化合物,分别鉴定为lasidiol p-methoxybenzoat(1)、β-芹子烯(2)、苍耳亭(3)、苍耳皂素(4)、羽扇豆酮(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、4β,5β-epoxy xanthatin-1α,4α-endoperoxide(7)、(6S,9R)-vomifoliol(8)、dehydrovomifoliol(9)、顺-3-己烯醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、4-oxo-bedfordia acid(11)、11α,13-dihydro-8-epi-xanfbut(12)、东莨菪内酯(13)、松脂素(14)、β-谷甾醇(15)、槲皮素(16)、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(17)。结论化合物2、8~10、17为首次从该属植物中分离得到;1、5、7、11、13为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the whole herbs ofXanthium mongolicum. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel column and HPLC, and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. Results Seventeen compounds were isolated and identified as lasidiol p-methoxybenzoat (1), β-selinene (2), xanthatin (3), xanthinosin (4), luteone (5), daucosterol (6), 4β,5β-epoxy xanthatin-la,4a-endoperoxide (7), (6S,9R)-vomifoliol (8), dehydrovomifoliol (9), 3(Z)-hexenyl-13-D-glycoside (10), 4-oxo-bedfordia acid (11), 11 a, 13-dihydro-8-epi-xanfbut (12), scopolin (13), pinoresinol (14), 13-sitosterol (15), quercetin (16), and methylp-hydroxybenzonate (17). Conclusion The compounds 2, 8, 9, 10, and 17 are isolated from the plants of Xanthium L. for the first time and the compounds 1, 5, 7, 11 and 13 are isolated from the whole herbs of X. mongolicum for the first time.
