摘要
对40个组合的10个米质和11个农艺性状进行了相关分析,结果表明:农艺性状表现活跃的是播抽期、株高、每穗总粒数和每穗实粒数;米质性状较活跃的是粒长、粒长宽比、垩白粒率和垩白度,说明与农艺性状相关的主要是加工、外观品质。相关分析表明:粒型的变化会引起蒸煮品质的改变;外观品质与食用品质间存在着紧密的相关联系以及蒸煮品质性状间的相互抑制作用。
The correlations between 10 rice- quality characters and 11 agronomic characters of 40 middle indica hybrid rice combinations were analyzed. The results showed that the more active agronomic characters were duration from sowing to heading,plant height,total grains per panicle,and filled grains per panicle; the more active rice- quality characters included grain length,ratio of grain length to grain width,chalkiness- grain rate and chalkiness degree,declaring that the rice- quality characters which were correlated with agronomic characters were mainly processing quality and appearance quality. The correlation analysis results indicated that: the variation in grain shape could cause the change in cooking quality; there were close correlations between appearance quality and eating quality; the mutual inhibition among cooking- quality traits existed.
