摘要
独生子女大学生,因其"独"而造成的诸多问题。高等教育对独生子女学生的教学管理带存在的诸多困难和困扰。独生子女大学生教育管理的途径与方法:加强"自我教育、自我管理、自我服务"意识和能力培养,加强心理健康、责任意识教育,构建良好校园文化。
Many problems from only-child college studentsare caused by its unique characteristics, which have brought many difficulties and problems for teaching management of higher education. According to the only-child college students＇ physical and mental characteristics, we deal with the only-child college students＇ ideological and political education work, and pay attention to their growing up and success, which has become an indispensable part of higher education.
