Tobacco-producing field should carry out research oriented by fined technology,fluent work procedure and satisfied effect,reinforce lean management promotion,optimize allocation of tobacco production technologies,employees and resources,and improve science and technology research and development in a premise of improving tobacco quality,stable tobacco texture,and increasing tobacco production profit,in order to highlight service function of cooperatives and advance sustainable development.
烟叶产区要在烟叶质量水平提升、烟叶风格相对稳定、烟叶生产效益相对增加的前提下,依据实际,围绕技术精、作业流程精、效果好开展研究,狠抓精益管理宣传培训、优化烟叶生产技术、人员及资源的配制,强化科技研究及机械研发,引导合作社切实突出服务功能,促进产区长远发展。
