摘要
以某电动汽车为研究对象,建立了整车有限元仿真模型,并选取C-NACP全宽正碰工况进行碰撞仿真,通过有限元仿真方法分析了电动汽车在碰撞中高压电部件和高压电线可能存在的电安全性风险。结果表明,该电动汽车前舱内的PCU、驱动电机连接失效的风险较大,PCU外壳有被侵入的风险;多处高压电线存在挤压破坏风险,有可能导致漏电短路;DCDC接口弯折变形严重。
A vehicle FE simulation model is built with an electric vehicle as research object, and C-NCAP full width frontal crash is simulated. With FE simulation, the risks of crash electric safety of EV high-voltage components and high-voltage wires in crash are analyzed. The results show that PCU in the front compartment and the drive motor are exposed to high risk of electric connection failure, and PCU housing is risked with being intruded. High-voltage wires at many parts are risked with being squeezed and damaged, which may easily leads to electric leak and short circuit, and the DCDC interface is bent and deformed seriously.
