摘要
植物甾醇与琥珀酸酐在甲苯为溶剂,吡啶为催化剂的条件下进行酯化反应合成中间产物——植物甾醇琥珀酸单酯;分离纯化后的植物甾醇琥珀酸单酯(简称单酯)与赤藓糖醇在脂肪酶Lipozyme 435的作用下合成植物甾醇赤藓糖醇琥珀酸二酯(简称二酯),选择脂肪酶Lipozyme 435为催化剂,叔丁醇(分子筛脱水)为溶剂,以酯化率为目标,确定合成二酯的最佳反应条件为:脂肪酶Lipozyme 435用量100 g/L,单酯浓度50 mmol/L,单酯与赤藓糖醇摩尔比1∶3.5,分子筛用量80g/L,反应温度55℃,反应时间120 h,该条件下酯化率可达81.6%。
Phytosterol sulfosuccinate was synthesized by phytosterol and succinyl oxide with toluene as solvent and pyridine as catalyst. Phytosterol erythritol sulfosuccinate diester was synthesized by purified phytosterol sulfosuccinate and erythritol with Lipozyme 435 as catalyst. With Lipozyme 435 as catalyst,tert-butanol( molecular sieve dehydration) as solvent and esterification rate as index,the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: dosage of Lipozyme 435 100 g / L,concentration of phytosterol sulfosuccinate 50 mmol / L,molar ratio of phytosterol sulfosuccinate to erythritol 1∶ 3. 5,dosage of molecular sieve 80 g / L,reaction temperature 55 ℃,reaction time 120 h. Under these conditions,the esterification rate reached 81. 6%.
