摘要
目的探讨异性互动训练对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性以及治疗效果的影响。方法选取2011年1月-2013年5月接受治疗的116例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按照数字表法分为对照组与观察组各58例。2组均进行常规的抗精神病药物治疗。观察组在药物治疗的基础上进行异性互动训练。比较2组治疗依从性及治疗效果。结果观察组在接受治疗后自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)评分高于对照组(F=8.619,P<0.05)。治疗8周后,观察组阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评价总分明显低于对照组(t=3.501,P<0.01)。观察组阳性、阴性症状及一般精神病理评分均低于对照组(t=2.389,P<0.05;t=2.362,P<0.05;t=2.453,P<0.05)。结论在药物治疗的基础上进行异性互动训练,能够提高精神分裂症患者治疗依从性,显著改善治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effect of heterosexual interaction training on treatment compliance and efficacy in schizophrenic patients.Methods From January 2011 to May 2013,116 schizophrenic patients were divided into observation group （n=58）and control group （n=58） according to the random number table.Both groups were treated with conventional pharmacotherapy. The observation group was given heterosexual interaction training on the basis of drug treatment. The treatment compliance and efficacy of 2 groups were compared.Results The insight and treatment attitude questionnaire （ITAQ）scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group （F=8.619,P〈0.05）.After 8 weeks of treatment,the positive and negative syndrome scale （PANSS）total scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group （t=3.501,P 〈0.01 ）.The scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathology of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（t=2.389,t=2.362,t=2.453,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of heter-osexual interaction training on the basis of drug treatment for schizophrenic patients can improve treatment compliance and efficacy,and significantly improve the effect of treatment.
