摘要
为保证水电站运行安全,针对设有进水蝶阀水电站,开展了蝶阀动水关闭的现场试验,建立了过渡过程仿真模型,并利用实测结果验证了数学模型,进而对水电站事故飞逸过渡过程进行了仿真分析,研究了该过渡过程中压力及机组转速变化的特点,分析了蝶阀动作时间、滞后时间及过速保护定值对其过渡过程的影响,结果可为设进水蝶阀水电站事故飞逸过渡过程研究提供参考。
To guarantee the safety operation of hydropower station with inlet butterfly valve,the dynamic water closing test of butterfly valve was carried out.The simulation model of transient process was established,and it was verified by the site test.Then the transient process of emergency runaway in hydropower station was simulated.At the same time,the characteristics of pressure and unit rotation speed were studied.Finally,the impacts of butterfly valve's action time,delay time and the set point of over speed protection on the transient process were analyzed.Therefore,it can give the reference for the study of emergency runaway transient process of hydropower station with inlet butterfly valve.
