合金元素对热压烧结Co-WC合金组织及性能的影响

摘要 研究了不同质量分数的合金元素对热压烧结金刚石工具用钴基结合剂组织结构和机械性能的影响。在85%Co-15%WC基础合金中分别加入质量分数为2%、5%、8%的Sn粉和羰基Fe粉。实验结果表明:含质量分数8%Sn的合金组织为片层状,质量分数为8%羰基Fe的合金为等轴状和网状组织。Sn粉的加入能提高合金的硬度,最高达到97.8HRB。添加质量分数为8%的羰基Fe粉使85%Co-15%WC的磨除率达2.21%。含Sn合金的耐磨性与硬度有关,而含羰基Fe合金的耐磨性的决定性因素为相对密度。 Influence of metal mass fraction on microstructure and mechanical property of Co WC alloy was studied, which was used in hot pressing diamond tools. Sn powder and carbonyl iron powder were added into 85%Co-15%WC alloy with mass fraction2%, 5%, 8%, respectively. Results showed that alloy containing 8wt% Sn has a lamellar structure and that the alloy containing 8wt% Fe has an equiaxed and network structure. Added with Sn powder, alloy hardness value reached 97.SHRB. The removal rate reached 2.21% after adding mass fraction 8wt% carbonyl iron. The abrasion resistance of Co-WC-Sn alloy had a relationship with its apparent hardness, and the abrasion resistance of Co-Sn-Fe alloy depended on alloy's porosity.
