摘要
目的综述多种检测二甲胺(DMA)、三甲胺(TMA)、氧化三甲胺(TMAO)含量的方法,并比较其优缺点,旨在找到一种灵敏度高、选择性强、操作简单的方法。方法查阅国内外关于胺类化合物检测方法的基础性研究文献,并归纳总结。结果与结论采用衍生化气质联用法同时测定这三者的含量,可一次性批量处理多个样品,且灵敏度高、选择性强。
Objective To review the methods for determining the contents of dimethylamine,trimethylamine and trimethylamine-Noxide,also compare their advantages and disadvantages,then to find a method that has the characteristics of high sensitivity,strong selectivity,and operational simplicity.Methods The methods of detection of amines were summarized through reading the research literatures of domestic and abroad.Result and Conclusion Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry after derivatization can simultaneously measure the three amines,which could process samples in batches with high sensitivity and strong selectivity.
