摘要
车辆在高速公路上相当比例的延误时间是由于停车收费引起的,优化收费站资源配置是保障高速公路快速通行的重要途径。根据随机服务系统理论,利用M/M/m/∞/∞/FCFS排队系统模型构建高速公路收费站资源配置优化模型,计算最优收费亭数算法。就某高速公路某日实际车辆通行数据和收费亭配置数目对模型进行验证,计算结果显示在保证不低于二级服务水平的前提下,平均收费亭使用数目略有降低,优化效果明显。
Toll-gate resource allocation was considered an effective method to meet the demands of the rapid movement vehicles while most of the time delays caused by charging. The stochastic service system theory was used to construct the expressway toll-gate resource allocation optimization model based on M/M/m/∞/∞/FCFS model. Appropriate quantity of toll booth was calculated by this model. The model was also verified by actual data from an Expressway Company and proved to be effective when reducing the number of toll booths with a higher level of service.
