摘要
目的:探讨参苓白术散治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果,为过敏性鼻炎的中医药治疗提供更多依据。方法:将79例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分成治疗组39例和对照组40例,治疗组患者采用参苓白术散进行治疗,对照组患者采用开瑞坦加玉屏风颗粒进行治疗。结果:经过治疗,治疗组总有效率为94.87%,对照组总有效率为82.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散治疗过敏性鼻炎效果良好,治疗及预后效果均优于开瑞坦加玉屏风颗粒,且参苓白术散散剂的服用也较为方便,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the effective of shenlinbaizhu powder in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,in order to provide more traditional Chinese medicine therapies for allergic rhinitis.Methods：79 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group taking shenlinbaizhu powder,The control group take Clarityne and Yupingfeng granules.Results：The treatment group total effective rate is 94.87% and the Effective rate of control group is 82.5%.Two groups have relatively significant differences in treatment outcomes（P0.05）.Conclusion：The shenlinbaizhu powder has great effective on treating allergic rhinitis and better than the combination of Claritin and Yupingfeng granules.
