摘要
在添加传统助剂氧化铝、氧化钾、氧化钙的铁基催化剂中,添加钼、钨和稀土等助剂采用熔融法制备出新型催化剂,并对催化剂进行表征,研究了制备因素对催化剂在合成氨中的低温催化性能的影响。结果表明,优化条件下制备的PAF-01型催化剂具有较高的转化率,尤其在低温时催化活性要明显高于传统催化剂。
Adding molybdenum, tungsten and rare earth to the iron-based catalysts which contained conventional additives such as aluminum oxide, potassium oxide and calcium oxide to prepare the novel catalyst by melting method. The prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD, TPR and TPD, and the effects of preparation factors on the catalytic performances at low temperature for ammonia synthesis were investigated. The results showed that the catalyst PAF-01 prepared under the optimized conditions had a higher activity than the traditional catalysts, especially at low temperature.
