摘要
通过对石家庄市生活用水变化特征分析,掌握其变化规律,为制定水资源保护规划和合理利用水资源提供科学依据。根据石家庄市2001~2012年各行业用水量资料分析,石家庄市生活用水占总用水量的9.15%。生活用水总体呈下降趋势,城镇居民生活用水下降幅度较大,平均每年减少0.0309亿m3。农村居民生活用水量呈略增加趋势,平均每年增长0.0050亿m3。生活用水呈下降趋势,源于开展生活节水措施。一是供水过程减少水网损失量;二是用水户采用节水器具,达到节水目的。通过调节水价格的杠杆,促进节水,也是生活用水下降的一个重要因素。
through the analysis of the water of life change characteristics in Shijiazhuang city, to grasp the change rule, for provide scientific basis for water resources protection plan and the rational utilization of water resources. According to the analysis of water use data of Shijiazhuang city in 2001 to 2012 in various industries, Shijiazhuang city living water accounted for 9.15% of the total amount. The water of life overall downward trend, urban household water drops range is bigger, the average annual decrease of 3.09 million m3. Rural residents living water is slightly increasing trend, the average annual growth of 0.5 million m3. The water of life showed a downward trend, source to carry out life saving measures. One is the water supply process to reduce the water network losses; the other is the user make use of water-saving devices, to achieve the purpose of saving water. Through the lever action, regulating water price to promote water conservation, and is also an important factor of living water drop.
