绝经妇女龈沟液中OPG及RANKL的含量与牙周炎的关系

摘要 目的:探讨绝经妇女牙周炎患者龈沟液中骨保护素(OPG)和核因子-кB受体活化子配体(RANKL)的含量变化及意义。方法:采用吸潮纸尖法收集龈沟液(GCF)。酶联免疫吸附测定法(enzymelinked inmunosorbent assay,ELISA)测定龈沟液中的OPG、RANKL水平。结果:健康组和牙周炎组的GI、PLI、PD、AL比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组的龈沟液中RANKL、OPG及RANKL/OPG比值比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:绝经妇女龈沟液中RANKL增加、OPG减少与牙周炎的发生、发展有密切关系。 Objective: To investigate the changes and significance of the receptor activator for osteoprotegerin (OPG) and receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B ligand (RANKL) in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) in postmenopausal women with periodontitis.Method: To follow careful sampling of GCF with moisture absorption paper point strips in patients. The level of OPG and RANKL was detected using ELISA technique.Result: The GI, PLI, PD, AL difference was significant between the two groups (P〈0.01). There was significant difference in levels of RANKL, OPG and the ratio of RANKL/OPG in GCF between the two groups (P〈0.01).Conclusion: The result suggests that the increasing production of RANKL and reducing production of OPG maybe associated with the initiation and progress of periodontitis.
