摘要
本设计采用三菱FX2N系列可编程控制器来实现温室大棚的自动化控制。温度、湿度等环境因子在植物生长过程中起重要作用,因此在检测环境因子时,要考虑到精度、反应速度以及方便设备连接等问题,故采用温湿度一体传感器对环境指标进行检测,传感器将检测结果送入PLC中,由PLC将其与设定范围值进行比较,再发出相应的指令驱动水泵﹑卷帘等设备来调节室内的温湿度,进而达到控制智能化,自动化的目的。
The greenhouse automatic control was realized by using the programmable controller of Mitsubishi FX2N series. The temperature, humidity and other environmental factors play important roles in the plant growth process, so the detection should consider the problem of accuracy, reaction speed and convenience of connecting device. The temperature and humidity integrated sensor was used to detect the environmental indicators, the sensor will transfer the detecting result into PLC, and it was then compared with the setting range value. After that it sent the appropriate order to drive the pump, the roller blinds and other equipments to regulate the indoor temperature and humidity, which realizes the automatic intelligent control.
