摘要
介绍了一种基于FPGA的气泡边缘检测图像处理系统,以FPGA为核心,结合MATLAB软件下的Simulink工具箱,采用Sobel边缘检测算法,分别在纯MATLAB\Simulink环境下和以FPGA为核心的System Generator环境下搭建图像处理模型来提取气泡边缘特征,结果显示以FPGA为核心的System Generator环境下的Sobel边缘检测提取的气泡边缘特征信息更丰富、更清晰。基于Xilinx Vivado软件平台,成功编译生成硬件描述语言的边缘检测算法,证明基于FPGA的System Generator搭建的Sobel边缘检测系统的正确性。
Using FPGA as the core, combining with the Simulink toolbox of MATLAB software, the image processing models for extracting the bubble edge characteristics under the pure MATLAB/Simulink environment and System Generator environment were set up respectively based on the Sobel edge detection algorithms. The extracted characteristics under the System Generator environment, which uses FPGA as the core, are more rich and clear. Based on the Xilinx Vivado software platform, the edge detection algorithm that generated the hardware description language was successfully compiled, which proves the correctness of the detection system.
