摘要
从公司常用分散染料中筛选了低温型、中温型、高温型耐碱性分散染料;通过平幅退浆后酸性浴染色及松碱退浆后酸性浴染色两种工艺与常规分散染料碱性浴染色进行了对比。结果表明,分散染料碱性浴染色能防止常规染色低聚物造成的各种染色问题,且明显缩短工艺流程,节约能源,符合国家节能减排要求。
Low, medium and high temperature fitting alkaline-stable disperse dyes were selected from company' s commonly used disperse dyes; Two different alkaline alkaline dyeing process were applied which are bath dyeingafter open-with desizing and loose desizing, and normal acid bath disperse dyeing was compared with two processes above.The result show that alkaline dyeing can prevent aligomer which is the source of many dyeing problems, and obviously shorten process, save energy and suitable for nation' s Energy conservation and emission reduction requirement.
