摘要
蒸发料液浓度越高,蒸发就越困难,蒸发面积也随之增大,麦芽糖浆一般蒸发浓度较高,不过这种料液的特点是随着温度的升高粘度在降低,其蒸发面积要比蒸发一般料液的大,仅以MNJM03-3200型三效降膜式蒸发器在麦芽糖浆生产中的设计及应用为例进行阐述。
The higher concentration of evaporation material liquid,the more difficult the evaporation is and the more evaporation area is needed. Malt syrup evaporation concentration is usually high,but the characteristic of this kind of material liquid is that its viscosity decreases with increases in temperature. The evaporation area for it is larger than that of other material liquid. This paper elaborates the design and application of MNJM03-3200 three-way falling film evaporator in the production of malt syrup.
