摘要
在农村土地整治、农民新村建设广泛开展的背景下,农村居民点适宜性评价成为区域农村居民点整理的前提条件和重要依据.运用局部惩罚型变权模糊综合评价法,得到重庆市长寿区长寿湖镇农村居民点空间布局适宜性综合得分,采用聚类分析法将得分结果划分为高度适宜、中度适宜、低度适宜和不适宜4类,各类型分别占农村居民点用地面积的61.38%,27.81%,9.83%和0.98%.
With the background of widely developing land remediation and new village construction ,the suitability evaluation of rural residential areas becomes a prerequisite and important basis for rural residen‐tial land consolidation .The suitability composite scores of Changshou lake town base on the fuzzy compre‐hensive assessment of local punishment model of variable weights .According to the result of suitability as‐sessment ,the study area was divided into four types ：highly suitable land ,medium suitable land ,lowly suitable land and unsuitable land .T he area of each type respectively is 61 .38% ,27 .81% ,9 .83% and 0 . 98% .The development conditions analysis of the suitability of each type will provide an useful reference for rural residential land spatial adjustment in practice .
