永磁调速器温度场仿真分析 被引量:7

摘要 永磁调速器在运行过程中,由于涡流损耗,导致其温度升高,而永磁体在高温下易退磁。本文采用计算流体力学方法,用ANSYSFluent软件对永磁调速器的流场和温度场进行数值仿真,在分析流场和温度场分布规律的基础上,对永磁调速器的结构进行了改进,在其导体转子和永磁转子两侧面均开端面窗口并添加叶片。结果表明,结构改进后,永磁调速器内流场流量增大,温度降低,达到了永磁体要求的温度范围,为永磁调速器的通风冷却结构设计提供了理论依据。
