双水相-匀浆萃取法提取芒果核多酚工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 以芒果核为原料,采用匀浆与丙醇-硫酸铵双水相对芒果多酚的提取工艺进行了研究.结果表明:提取芒果核仁中多酚类物质的最佳提取条件为:丙醇体积分数60%,硫酸铵用量0.35g/m L,匀浆时间10 min,料液比1∶10. The extraction process of polyphenols from the mango nuclear by using propyl alcohol-ammonium sulfate two-phase separation technology was investigated. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of polyphenols from the mango nuclear were as follows: the volume fraction of propyl alcohol to the solution was 60%;the concentration of ammonium sulfate was 0. 35 g / m L; the extraction time was 10 min,and the ratio of the raw material to the extraction solvent was 1∶ 10.
