半胱胺盐酸盐对泌乳奶牛瘤胃原虫数量、乳中氨基酸及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:3

Effect of cysteamine hydrochloride on rumen fermentation,milk amino acid and blood biochemical indices of lactating dairy cows

摘要 以产奶量、泌乳日龄、胎次相近的48头荷斯坦泌乳奶牛为试验对象,将其均分为6组,分别在日粮中添加0(对照组)、15、30、75、150和300 g半胱胺盐酸盐(CSH),研究日粮中添加CSH对泌乳奶牛瘤胃原虫总量、乳中氨基酸组成及部分血清生化指标的影响。结果表明:①CSH添加量为300 g时,瘤胃液中原虫总量显著低于0~30 g组。②牛乳中符氨酸、苏氨酸和脯氨酸含量随CSH添加量的增大而逐渐下降,以添加量为300 g时最低;而添加量为30~75 g时,蛋氨酸和赖氨酸含量显著高于对照组;CSH对其他氨基酸和总氨基酸含量无显著影响。③随CSH添加量的增大,各试验组血清总胆同醇浓度显著高于对照组。综合而言,奶牛日粮中CSH适宜添加量以15~30 g为宜。 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of cysteamine hydrochloride(CSH) on milk amino acid composition,rumen protozoa amount and partial serum biochemical indices of lactation Holstein dairy cows.Fortyeight healthy Holstein dairy cows,similar in milk yield,days in lactation and parity,were allocated into six groups in a randomized complete block design with eight cows per group.CS was added to the basal total mixed ration at doses of0(CON),15,30,75,150 and 300 g·d^(-1).Results showed that:a.Rumen protozoa amount of the 300 g group were significantly lower than the 0 and 30 g group(P〈0.05).b.With the increasing levels of CSH,milk Glu,Thr and Pro concentration were decreased,and those of the 300 g group were the lowest.However,when added 30 g to 75 g,Met and Lys concentration were significantly higher than control(P〈0.05).Other amino acids and total amino acid content were not affected by the CSH(P〉0.05).c.With the increasing dosage of CSH,serum CHO concentration of each treatment was significantly higher than the control group.Inconclusion,the appropriate dosage of CSH in dairy cows' feedstuffs is 15 — 30 g per day.
