摘要
目的浅析牙周基础治疗联合替硝唑胶囊治疗糖尿病性牙周炎的有效性。方法我院接受治疗的糖尿病牙周炎患者80例,将所有患者按照随机抽选的方式分为实验组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予牙周基础治疗;实验组给予牙周基础治疗联合替硝唑胶囊治疗。结果经过1周和4周治疗后发现两组与治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),另外实验组治疗情况优于对照组;实验组总有效率为97.02%,对照组为80.00%。结论牙周基础治疗联合替硝唑胶囊治疗糖尿病性牙周炎具有显著疗效。
Objective Periodontal basic treatment combination is analysed for indications effectiveness observation capsule in treatment of diabetes periodontitis. Methods Our hospital for treatment of 80 cases of diabetes periodontitis patients, all patients according to randomly selected mode can be divided into the experimental group and control group, 40 cases in the control group given periodontal basic treatment; The experimental group given periodontal basic treatment for indications capsule. Results After 1 week after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment found that they had remarkable difference in the two groups before and treatment, （P〈0.05）additional experimental treatment is better than the control group; Experimental group total effective rate was 97.02%, the control group was 80.00%.Conclusion Joint for periodontal basic treatment indications capsule in treatment of diabetes periodontitis has significant curative effect.
