摘要
采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,分析金砖国家国别贸易便利化发展的现状。从金砖国家合作的角度,分析目前金砖国家贸易便利化合作的发展现状。金砖国家国别贸易发展水平有待提高,在合作方面已经有越来越多正式协议签署,合作处于不断深化的进程中。实证分析金砖国家贸易便利化指标对金砖国家贸易流量的影响。回归分析显示,金砖国家贸易便利化的各项指标对中国与其他金砖国家贸易流量有显著的正向影响。提高金砖国家贸易便利化水平,将有助于增加金砖国家间的贸易流量,从而深化金砖国家间的经贸合作,推进正式合作机制的形成。
This article uses combined qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method. At first , it analyses the current development of the BRICS national trade facilitation. Then from the angle of the BRICS cooperation, it analyses the present situation of the cooperation among the BRICS trade facilitation. The level of the BRICS trade facilitation needs to improve. And there has been more and more formal agreement signed in the process of deepening cooperation. In the empirical analysis, it mainly analyzes impact of the BRICS trade facilitation index for the BRICS trade. Regression results show that the BRICS trade facilitation has a significant positive impact on trade flow between China and other BRICS. Improving the level of the BRICS trade facilitation, will help to increase trade flows among the BRICS, to deepening economic and trade cooperation among the BRICS and promote the formation of formal cooperation mechanism.
