摘要 【目的】研究施钾量对紫色甘薯干物质生产和硝酸盐积累的影响,为川中丘陵区提高钾肥生产效率和改善紫色甘薯品质提供参考。【方法】以南紫薯008为材料,于2011~2012年在四川省金堂县开展田间试验,设5个施钾水平(0、60、90、120、150 kg/ha),测定紫色甘薯叶面积指数、群体生长率、群体光合势、干物质积累、产量及块根硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量等指标。【结果】K2O施用量为0~150 kg/ha时,随施钾量的增加,南紫薯008叶面积指数、群体生长率、群体光合势、群体干物质积累及单株干物质分配、鲜薯产量、单株结薯数均呈先升高后降低的趋势,以120 kg/ha处理最佳。块根硝酸盐含量随施钾量的增加而显著降低,120 kg/ha处理硝酸盐含量为40.73~42.98 mg/kg,较0 kg/ha处理降低了46.35%~51.25%。块根亚硝酸盐含量为2.14~2.75 mg/kg,但不同钾肥处理间差异不显著。【结论】川中丘陵区南紫薯008适宜的施钾量(K2O)为120 kg/ha。 【Objective】Effects of potassium application amount on dry matter production and nitrate accumulation of purple sweet potato were studied to provide references for improving production efficiency of potassium fertilizer and the quality of purple sweet potato in hilly area of Sichuan Province. 【Method】In Jintang County of Sichuan,Nanzishu 008 was used as test material. Five potassium application rates(0, 60, 90, 120, 150 kg/ha) were set to examine leaf area index,population growth rate,photosynthetic potential, dry matter accumulation,yield, nitrate content,nitrite content and other indexes of purple sweet potato. 【Result】The results showed that when K2O application rate was in the range of 0-150 kg/ha,leaf area index,population growth rate,photosynthetic potential, dry matter accumulation,dry matter distribution,fresh tuber yield and tuber number per plant of purple sweet potato increased first,then decreased with the increase of potassium application rate, which reached the highest at 120 kg/ha. The nitrate content of tuber significantly decreased with the increase of potassium application rate. At 120 kg/ha, the nitrate content was 40.73-42.98 mg/kg, which decreased by 46.35%-51.25% compared with 0 kg/ha treatment. The nitrite content of tuber was 2.14-2.75 mg/kg and there was no significant difference among different treatments. 【Conclusion】 The suitable potassium application rate of Nanzishu 008 was 120 kg/ha in hilly area of Sichuan.
