摘要 【目的】探索油茶成熟林油茶不同器官的生物量积累及养分吸收分配规律,为油茶成熟林养分需求和科学施肥及解决油茶低产问题提供参考依据。【方法】选择油茶成熟林样方中具有代表性的调查样株,用标准木的方法测定样株不同器官的生长性状指标、生物量及营养元素含量。【结果】油茶成熟林树高、冠幅生物性状指标呈正态分布,生物量以地上部分占绝对优势。不同器官营养元素均以全氮含量最高,其次为全钾和全磷,铜和硼含量最低。方差分析结果表明,除了全磷和铜外,其余元素含量在地上和地下部分不同器官间的差异均达显著水平(P<0.05)。【结论】油茶成熟林油茶不同器官对各营养元素的吸收分配存在差异,地上部分生物量大于地下部分并侧重于生殖生长;油茶成熟林对N和K需求量大,在施肥时应加大N和K的添加量,防止因缺素造成低产。 【Objective】In order to provide references for scientific fertilization and solve the low-yield problem of oil tea, the present experiment was conducted to study the mechanism of biomass accumulation and the distribution of nutrients in different organs of Camellia oleifera at mature stage. 【Method】Representative sampling trees in three quadrats of Camellia oleifera at mature stage were chosen to determine the growth indicators, biomass and nutrient contents of different organs according to the method of model tree. 【Result】Different growth indicators showed normal distribution and biomass in the above-ground was absolutely predominant. In different organs, the highest nutrients were found to be total N, followed by total K and total P, Cu and B were the lowest. The variance analysis results indicated significant differences in different nutrients except P and Cu in different organs(P〈0.05). 【Conclusion】The assimilation and distribution of nutrient elements in different organs was different. N and K were the most important elements for Camellia oleifera at mature stage, hence more N and K should be added into the fertilizer to prevent low-yield Camellia forest.
