等离子体表面处理对橡胶粘接性能的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用大气射流等离子体对橡胶进行表面处理,借助橡胶表面浸润性的变化表征等离子对橡胶表面性能的改变,测试采用不同功率等离子体处理的橡胶与铝板的拉伸粘接强度,并与采用机械打磨表面处理的橡胶粘接强度进行对比,研究了等离子体表面处理对橡胶粘接性能的影响。结果表明,采用等离子体表面处理的橡胶表面浸润性明显提高,等离子体功率为700W时粘接强度最大,但弱于采用机械打磨表面处理的橡胶粘接强度。等离子体表面处理可以改善橡胶表面性能,利于粘接。 The effect of the atmospheric plasma surface treatment on bonding strength of rubber is studied.The atmospheric jet plasma is used to treat the rubber.The change of rubber surface wettability can characterize the change of rubber surface properties,which is used to test the bonding strengths of rubber and aluminum treated by different power of plasma,and the bonding strengths are compared with the bonding strength of sanded rubber.The test results show that the surface wettability of rubber which is treated with plasma is increased evidently,the biggest bonding strength is gotten when the power of plasma is 700 W,which is smaller than the bonding strength of sanded rubber.The atmospheric plasma surface treatments can improve the surface properties of rubber,which is beneficial to bonding.
