摘要
针对电力系统大型变压器,对汶川地震震害进行了调研,总结了大型变压器的震害特征.并根据震害特点,提出了对大型变压器隔震的策略,设计了适合于大型变压器隔震的水平刚度小、低面压和满足竖向稳定性的铅芯橡胶隔震支座,并应用于实际750 kV大型变压器的隔震.分析结果表明,采用隔震后,750kV变压器弱轴向最大倾覆力矩减小为非隔震结构的17%,弱轴向最大剪力减小为非隔震结构的23%,变压器本体的加速度减小为未隔震的29.5%,8度罕遇地震作用下,隔震层最大位移满足支座最大容许位移的要求.
For large power transformer in electric power system,the earthquake disaster investigations in Wenchuan Earthquake are conducted and characteristics of damage of large power transformer are summarized.According to the characteristics of damage of large power transformer,the isolation technology is presented.Lead rubber bearings which have lower horizontal stiffness,lower limited pressure and vertical stability meeting requirement are designed.The lead rubber bearings are used to the actual 750 kV transformer.Analytical results show maximum overturning moment,shear force and acceleration of isolated 750 kV transformer in the direction of weak axis are decreased to 17%,23%and 29.5%of non-isolated 750 kV transformer response respectively.The maximum displacement of isolation layer is less than maximum limited displacement of rubber bearings under the intensity 8 rare earthquake.
