摘要
人力资源作为企事业单位的重要组成部分,对企事业的长远发展具有重要影响。本文首先从人力资源管理风险的含义切入,结合对人力资源管理现状的认识和把握,分析了人力资源管理风险产生的原因,并针对其提出了防范措施。
Human resource as the important part of enterprises and public institutions,has an important influence on long-term development of enterprises and industries. Firstly,this paper,starting from the meaning of human resource management risk,combining understanding and grasping about the situation of human resource management,analyzes the causes of the risk of human resource management,and puts forward preventive measures.
